Our story
Our Story
Every family, regardless of size or income level, deserves a comfortable home. Before any business plan, Little Attics could be summarised in that notion.
The idea was born in 2002, when our founders made the decision to invest in real estate. Their approach: anticipate where the city is going and get there before it does. Starting informally, they acquired property in areas that others had yet to notice, namely Munyonyo, Kigo, Najeera and Kira, long before those names became bywords for growth.
Their first project was a bungalow. Our first block of rental apartments followed in Kabowa: four 2-bedroom units built on savings from day jobs and proceeds from earlier land sales. By 2005, they had their first tenant. In February 2006, their first resident client. In 2007, Little Attics was formally incorporated, with Nyachwo Patricia Iga and Iga Zinunula Samuel as directors and shareholders.

- First builds
A bungalow, then Kabowa
Our first project was a bungalow, followed by our first rental block in Kabowa: four 2-bedroom units.

First tenant, first resident client
Our first tenant moved in in 2005, and our first resident client followed in February 2006.

Little Attics is incorporated
With Nyachwo Patricia Iga and Iga Zinunula Samuel as directors and shareholders.

More than ten locations
In and around Kampala, with ambitions to grow into new cities as Uganda continues to expand.

These words became the decree by which our standard is upheld, leaving no room for compromise nor negotiation. That philosophy has shaped every property we have developed: homes built with careful attention to light, space, airflow and finish.
Today, Little Attics operates across more than ten locations in and around Kampala. We remain, at our core, a family business. We build for families.
